Why is it special? How to make this quilling paper art?

To make this piece of paper quilling art fish, using a number of different small tools, I rolled, shaped a lot of paper strips, then glued them using various combinations. After that, I used adhesive to carefully attach them to illustration board.  This is a type of board that is a very firm and stable.  It is also an acid-free surface. My completed creation becomes a SPECIAL lifelong Paper Quilling Art Orange Fish design to enjoy. Please see the image below!
